Community Development Strategies worked with the Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo, Colorado to close on May 5th, 2020, to begin construction of 51 apartments through HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration program. This is HACP’s second phase of a new community being developed as the agency repositions its affordable housing portfolio. The $19.5M project includes 9% LIHTC, State and City funding sources and RAD Project-Based Vouchers.
