HUD announced the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) 2018 monthly per unit administrative fees, effective January 1. In the FY18 table, HUD provides two fee rates for each PHA. The A rate column applies to the first 7,200 unit months leased in CY 2018. The B rate column applies to all remaining unit months leased in CY 2018.
