HUD’s Office of Recapitalization is hosting Mod Rehab Talk virtual office hours for Owners to schedule times to speak with HUD staff one-on-one focused on the following topics:
- Property redevelopment and preservation strategies
- Questions about RAD conversion/RAD application process
Session Details
- Owners can sign up for 30-minute sessions with HUD staff
- Sessions are available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 – 4:00 PM EST
- After this initial call, owners who need further consultation and guidance may be referred to HUD TA providers for on-call assistance
